A former X Factor star shocked fans on Lorraine this morning with her major weight loss transformation.
Lucy Spraggan, who was on the talent show in 2012, appeared on Lorraine today to speak about her latest album.
But viewers couldn't help but notice her incredible weight loss.
Lucy revealed that she ditched the beer, bread and biscuits in order to achieve her new trim figure.
She said: "My album is about reflecting over the past seven years.
"I've found myself in a really good place and that's what's come out in my music.
She continued: "I dropped the beer, biscuits and bread quite a while ago. I just had to, I'm quite good at doing stuff in excess.
"I was in a really bad place for quite a long time and looking back at pictures of me before, physically I was [also] in a really bad place.
"It's just important to realise how you feel, it's so easy to go to bed and say that day was awful but it's harder to go to bed and say it was a really good day."
After showcasing her amazing figure viewers flocked to Twitter to compliment the singer.
Zara said: "Lucy you look truly amazing."
Sharon said: "Credit to you for all of your achievements Lucy."
And Maris tweeted: "Love your naturalness."
