Fans of ITV breakfast show Lorraine thought they saw a flash of 'regret' during a live makeover.
Kelly volunteered to have a transformation into Vicky McClure's DI Kate Fleming from the hit BBC drama Line Of Duty.
The BBC stylist for the show, Louis Byrne, gave Kelly the same cut as the character and at the end of the show, she was spun around to look in the mirror.
She insisted: "I absolutely love it, he's done an amazing job. I love it. Absolutely love it."
But fans weren't quite so convinced by her words and were left raising eyebrows at her "look of regret", the Mirror reports.
One tweeted: "She hates that haircut. Odds on she wears a hat until it grows back #Lorraine."
While another commented: "#Lorraine the look of regret on her face at that haircut, bless."
Another said: "She 100% hates her new hair."
A fourth tweeted a crying GIF, writing: "I absolutely love it" When she gets home ....#Lorraine."
