ITV Loose Women's Kaye Adams supported by co-stars as she shares Strictly admission

Loose Women's Kaye Adams was supported by her fellow panelists as she opened up on Strictly Come Dancing.

The 59-year-old will don her dancing shoes as she bids to win the Glitterball on the upcoming season of the popular contest. The first live episode will be broadcast on Saturday and Kaye said she is nervous ahead of the show premiere.

She added: "Can you tell I'm hyper? I'm totally hyper. I feel hysterical.”

Kaye revealed she is finding the journey is proving to be difficult. She said: "It's so tough, it really is tough. It makes you appreciate that the professional dancers are so talented. You just don't learn that level of skill in a short period of time.”

Kaye admitted she is struggling with the "sexy" part of dancing, before panelist Judi Love showed her how it is done. Judi issued a supportive message as she said: "You'll learn so much more about yourself physically, emotionally and mentally.”

Nadia Sawalha and Jane Moore also appeared on today's edition of Loose Women and praised Kaye after promo shots from the new season were displayed on screen. Kaye said: "That's very kind of you, but do remember I'm standing still in those shots.

"When you have to actually move - I mean to be fair, the kind of sexy bits I now quite like because at least I'm standing still!

“But when that music starts, do you know when you see a flock of pigeons, when they're in the street and pecking and something happens and [they disperse]? That's what happens to my brain when the music starts.”
