ITV I'm A Celebrity viewers horrified by move moments before end of show

I'm A Celebrity viewers were flocking to social media to share their horror in a move by ITV moments before the end of the latest show. The latest trip to the jungle saw the first rumbles of tension between the campmates just three days into the ITV reality show following its much-anticipated return on Sunday.

It was dinner time in the jungle with the famous faces tucking into kangaroo sausages and lady fingers for dessert. Taking charge of the preparation, Loose Women star Charlene White said of the sausages: “Slice them small and stir fry them with the spring onions.”

Speaking in Bush Telegraph, where stars can share their thoughts with viewers in private, Scarlette Douglas jokingly described the camp as “Charlene’s kitchen”. But actions clearly rubbed Culture Club star Boy George up the wrong way as he said in the Bush Telegraph: "It’s so weird, that [food] bag comes down and Charlene just turns into an entirely different person.

"It's amazing, she issues orders and tells everyone what to do. I’m like, 'Wow'. You know, it’s like, 'Who are you?'" He added: "Charlene she just issues orders. For me as an observer of my own feelings, it’s mind-blowing." After dinner George confided in Scarlette before confronting Charlene the following day in a jovial manner.

And while the first signs of a feud brewing were catching I'm A Celeb viewers' attention, that all soon changed by the end of the episode when Tory MP Matt Hancock and comedian Seann Walsh were also confirmed as the two late entries to the Australian jungle camp in the final moments of the show.

During Tuesday's edition of the programme, co-hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly teed up the arrival of two new campmates, which were confirmed to be Matt, 44, and Seann, 36. The hosting duo also informed the current celebrity contestants of the new arrivals and broke the news that the newbies would be undertaking the next trial.

Speaking in a teaser VT ahead of his official debut, former health secretary Matt said: "When I’m in camp, people will just see the real me. Survival in the jungle is a good metaphor for the world I work in. People will see me warts and all. See the human side of the guy behind the podium."

He added: "I don’t think I’ve got any fears or phobias, but I’m about to find out." Ant and Dec shared their excitement over the imminent arrival of the new celebrities with the viewers, with Dec saying: "I can’t wait to get those two in there." To which Ant added: "That’s it from us. We'll be back tomorrow night at nine to see how Seann Walsh and Matt Hancock get on in the trial."

But I'm A Celeb viewers were left horrified when the show decided to zoom in Matt's teeth - and they say it should have come with a 'trigger warning'. @JEFC201 tweeted: "That zoom in on Matt Hancock’s teeth was not needed. If you’re going to do that ITV, at least put a trigger warning in place #ImACeleb."

@sarahjustvibing commented: "Nah they did NOT need to zoom in on matts teeth like that !!! #ImACeleb." @nim_nim1 asked: "Was the teeth zoom in necessary?#ImACeleb." @MCCOYSMEDBAY posted: "Also what the F**K was that teeth zoom in fucking horrifying #ImACeleb." @remontadask cried: "THE TEETH ZOOM IN I CANT #ImACeleb."

Meanwhile, it's fair to say there some bad news for Matt. @petttylabelle wrote: "We have to unite and vote Matt Hancock for EVERY SINGLE TRIAL! #ImACeleb." @skystiel tweeted: "Ready to vote Matt Hancock when the next vote opens #ImACeleb." @allantanddec asked: "So we’re all voting for Matt Hancock to do all the trials right? #ImACeleb."
