ITV I'm A Celebrity fans say they 'love' as Ant and Dec unveil 'surprise late addition' to camp

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here fans have said they are 'in love' after Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly shared a 'surprise late addition' to the new camp. The Geordie duo returned to screens earlier this week in the first-ever spin-off of the hit ITV reality show.

I'm A Celebrity... South Africa sees a bunch of previously seen campmates who were whisked off to the new setting of Kruger National Park, as opposed to the usual jungle location in Australia, but with no public vote, they will be competing against each other in a battle to become the first 'I'm A Celebrity Legend'.

Those who headed for the new location on the southernmost tip of the African continent back in September to film the pre-recorded series was boxing champion Amir Khan; Diversity dancer and DJ Jordan Banjo; TV presenter Carol Vorderman; Olympic athlete Fatima Whitbread; Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan; former royal butler Paul Burrell; ex-England cricketer Phil Tufnell; supermodel Janice Dickinson and music legend Shaun Ryder.

And as viewers have seen in the first few episodes of the series, which started on Monday (April 24), they have been joined by more memorable campmates from I'm A Celeb's more than 20-year history.

TV personality Gillian McKeith, former Made In Chelsea Georgia 'Toff' Toffolo, Coronation Street star Andy Whyment and singer-turned-presenter Myleene Klass have all made a return as they compete to be crowned the ultimate I'm A Celeb campmate.

But in an Instagram post shortly before I’m A Celebrity… South Africa was due to air on Wednesday night (April 26), hosts Ant and Dec introduced another addition to camp - sort off. The pair, who have been sharing videos and snaps to social media taken while filming several months ago, shared a video of them with bearded dragon.

"Surprise late addition to camp everybody," they captioned the post to their 4.8 million Instagram followers alongside a crying laughing emoji and a reptile emoji, And it went down well with the popular duo's followers.
