ITV I'm A Celebrity fans ponder if show was 'pre recorded' as Mike mentions the late Queen for the first time

I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here viewers were left considering if the show was 'pre-recorded' due to apparent errors made by Seann Walsh and Mike Tindall. Another jam-packed edition of the ITV reality show aired on Friday night (November 25) with Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly, of course, at the helm.

Early into the latest instalment viewers saw Matt Hancock and Mike Tindall taking on the latest Bushtucker Trial. Fallen Stars saw Mike being asked questions in order to earn Matt time to put together puzzles in a cage. As they met with Ant and Dec in the trial clearing, ex-rugby star Mike said: “You won’t be hearing any 'Get Me Out of Here' words. Bring it on," while former health secretary Matt added: "We’ve got the dream team really, we’re up for this, we’ll give it a go."

Mike decided to take his seat on the dunk tank and was then asked a series of questions relating to each cage, such as what a collection of spiders are called. If incorrect, he got dunked while Matt had to work his way through a series of puzzles. The was only one puzzle that Matt was unable to finish in the time given, meaning the pair earned four out of the five stars available.

But also during the trial, Mike was asked what name is given to a person who keeps and breeds pigeons. "I have a friend at home who will be screaming at the TV," the 44-year-old said as Matt, also 44, joked: "Yeah and you’ve got a partner here screaming at you." He opted for 'pigeon enthusiast' while the answer was pigeon fancier.

Speaking about the late Queen for the first time on the show, he revealed after he was dunked for getting the answer wrong: "And the worst thing is the Queen has got the biggest collection of pigeon’s." Ant then joked: "If only you were paying attention Mike."

Earlier in the episode, it also appeared comedian Seann, who ended up being the seventh stat to leave camp and fell short of making the final four, made reference to Mock of the Week. And viewers were quick to notice that Mike spoke about Queen Elizabeth II in the present tense while it was announced over the summer that Mock of the Week would end after 17 years.

@JimBlower tweeted: "Mike doesn't know the Queen died. Seann doesn't know they cancelled Mock the Week. What next? Matt thinks Liz Truss is still PM? #ImACeleb." @Gem_Rxse posted: "Was I’m A Celebrity actually filmed in August or something? Mike referencing the Queen as if she’s still alive, Seann talking about Mock The Week (RIP both) #ImACelebrity #ImACeleb," before having to clarify: "This was supposed to be a joke."

@I_am_KenBarlow wrote: "#ImACeleb Mike Tindall 'The Queen has the biggest collection of pigeons' Has no one told him???" @margesadventure added: "Awe Bless Mike saying The Queen has a collection of pigeons, she's passed away Mike. #ImACeleb."
