Kate Garraway was seen screaming at co-host Ben Shephard on Good Morning Britain as he 'cut off' her hair.
The 52-year-old presenter was filling in for Susanna Reid on the ITV breakfast show when Ben, 44, took out a huge pair of scissors.
He then grabbed her hair and seemingly cut off a massive chunk.
Kate said: "What? No don't. Seriously, Ben. Honestly."
Ben said: "It is not as easy as it looks."

Newsreader Charlotte Hawkins could only look on in shock.
Kate added: "That's not funny. You can't do that to someone. It's my hair."
But eventually, Ben revealed it was just a prank and the hair was in fact extensions.
He said: "Before anyone gets particularly carried away, don’t worry it wasn’t real.
"It's not real Kate Garraway. I pulled a fast one."
Kate said: "You nearly ruined a beautiful 20-year friendship. I was traumatised. I nearly feinted.
"You managed to get Brexit out of my mind. Maybe random haircuts are the solution."
