ITV Good Morning Britain presenter breaks down in tears during live segment

Laura Tobin was left crying on Good Morning Britain today, as she described her emotional trip to America.

The weather woman fulfilled a childhood dream when she visited the NASA space centre.

At the time, astronauts were completing underwater tasks set to replicate space conditions, when Laura started crying.

She said: "So we have been here for the last 24 hours because I was invited to come to the space centre to meet astronauts who have graduated.

"It's just been a childhood dream of mine and I just love space, me and my dad remember being in Florida trying to see rocket launches when I was little and it wasn't possible.

"So to be able to come here and see what is going on to make this mission possible was just incredible."

Laura then revealed what made her upset.

She said: "There was a huge pool, about 40 foot deep which is a replica of international space station - as soon as I saw that I cried."

A clip was then shown of Laura visiting the pool and bursting into tears before quickly trying to wipe them away.
