Good Morning Britain presenter Laura Tobin broke down in tears when Ben Shephard read out a message from her brother.
The breakfast TV meteorologist had taken on the challenge to scale the heights of Blackpool Tower to mark its 125th anniversary.
This is despite a fear of heights and also having to present the weather while dangling from the edge on a rope.

The 37-year-old was about to tell the nation to expect another sunny and warm day when Ben read out a message from her brother.
He told her how proud he was of her and never in a million years did he think he would see her doing something like that.
Overcome with emotion, Laura started crying whilst clinging onto the outside of the Tower.

Ben and co-host Susanna Reid told her not to cry, but she said: "I just thought he was going to say something mean, but that is so lovely."
Ever the professional, Laura composed herself and presented the weather over 150 metre from the ground - later she will abseil down.

Cutting back to the studio, Ben said: "I love that. Her brother sends a message that is nice and she breaks down in tears."
And her brother wasn't the only one to send words of support, fans of the show tweeted Laura.
One said: "Bless you Laura, you have more guts than me. Your doing amazing, your feet be soon on the ground. Go Laura!!, you can do it!!"
Another said: "Well done @Lauratobin1. I love doing this sort of 'hanging around'."
