GMB fans were left stunned this morning as newsreader Richard Gainsford twerked with a carnival queen live on air.
Hosts Richard Madeley and Ranvir Singh were chatting with Big Narstie and Spice who are headlining this weekend's Notting Hill Carnival.
The pair were chatting about how excited they are for the event and said they can get anyone "winding"
And to put their theory to the test they got Richard over to dance with Spice.
Despite saying he didn't have his dancing shoes on Richard got into the role , grinding on Spice and helping to fan her down.
And fans couldn't believe what they were seeing and took to twitter in their hundreds.
Daz said: "That can't of happened, we surely all imagined that."
Hayley Marie Pitwell said: "What have I just witnessed."
Sarah said: "Richard Gaisford sit down."
Jennifer Mills said: "What the hell happened there."
And Alicia said: "Oh god I would have found walking in on my parents being intimate less cringy that what I have just witnessed on #GMB #gmb "
As they came back from the break Ranvir and Richard carried on talking about what they had just seen and Richard joked he would now be headlining at Notting Hill along with Big Narstie.
