Emmerdale star Joe-Warren Plant has been showing off a dramatic new haircut - and he looks totally different.
The 17-year-old, who plays Jacob Gallagher on the ITV soap, has been sporting some long locks on screen over the past year.
And his character has had a rocky ride with a grooming storyline that many viewers found difficult to watch, but praised the show for its brave depiction.
But, Joe-Warren has decided to chop off his ponytail and showed off the results on his Instagram alongside girlfriend, Nicole Hadlow.
Gone is the man-bun, as the actor from Blackpool opted for a close shave on the sides and towering quiff.
The pair looked super loved up for the photos, with the post receiving a series of replies about his transformation, the Mirror Online reports.
One fan commented: "Your hair is better like that Jo!! Keep up the great acting!"
It was over a year ago that the character, and actor, began to show off a longer hairdo so he looks pretty different with his new look.
Viewers will likely see Jacob's makeover on screen in a matter of weeks.
Joe had actually displayed the new hair in a post last month prior to the snaps from his night out.
His character recently learned he could be the father of his abuser Maya Stepney's baby, but his dad David Metcalfe was soon confirmed to be the father.
