ITV Emmerdale forced off air today - here's when it's back

Soap fans will have to live without their usual double bill of Emmerdale tonight after a programme reschedule.

The Dales soap has been forced off air to make room for ITV's coverage of the international football.

England are playing against Montenegro in the Euro 2020 qualifier.

Coverage starts at 7pm, with the match kicking off at 7.45pm - meaning there's no space for Emmerdale at 7pm and 8pm.

However, fans of the show won't be deprived of the drama for long as the show resumes tomorrow (Friday, November 14) at 7pm.

Additionally, Emmerdale will have seven instalments next week as only five episodes have aired this week, instead of the usual six.

There will be a double bill on Tuesday, November 19 and the regular 7pm and 8pm double on Thursday, November 21.

However, EastEnders will be on tonight at 7.30pm on BBC1.
