ITV Emmerdale fans work out how Meena will get away with Ben Tucker killing

Emmerdale fans have worked out how Meena Jutla will get away with the murder of Ben Tucker.

The long-running soap's resident villain killed Ben in last night's dramatic episode.

The character played by Simon Lennon discovered incriminating evidence that showed Meena attempting to drown Victoria Sugden during the survival challenge.

Scared she was going to be found, Meena lashed out at Ben and killed him with a wooden oar.

Friday's edition explored the aftermath of the killing as Ben's body was found by Dawn.

Police have started investigating the murder at the end of the episode, but viewers of the show think Meena's reign of terror is set to continue as they worked out how she will get off with the crime.

Liv Flaherty deliberately sabotaged Ben's chances of getting the job in Cornwall and fans think she will eventually be accused of the crime.

The Isobel Steele character relapsed in her battle with alcoholism and was unable to recount the events of last night.

Ben slipped on wine spilled by Liv during his fight with Meena - and viewers on Twitter are certain police will suspect she committed the killing.

One user said: "Guarantee Liv is going to get blamed for Ben’s death."

Wini commented: "I can’t help but feel/think that Liv will be sent down for this"

Another viewer added: "I expect Liv is going to get the finger pointed at her"

Kelly posted : "Liv is going to think SHE killed Ben because she was drunk and can't remember what she did last night"

Tania said: "Liv is definitely going down for Ben’s murder

Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV and ITVHub with an extra episode on Thursdays at 8pm
