Robert Sugden's solicitor dropped in on Emmerdale tonight but fans noticed something was wrong.
His decision to attack his sister's rapist Lee Posner has left Robert facing life behind bars.
Helping him to avoid prison, Robert has employed the help of solicitor Paul, who wants him to plead guilty.
However, Robert insists on pleading his innocence.
Tonight's show saw Robert and Paul meet up prior to his court case.
But viewers were shocked to see the pair discuss the private and confidential matter in Emmerdale's public cafe.
Many took to Twitter, pointing out the bizarre location.
Michelle said: "As if a solicitor would just talk about his case in a cafe."
Anther user tweeted: "Doesn't this lawyer have an office or something? Why meet in a cafe FFS?"
