ITV Emmerdale fans question 'mystery' after scene with Faith and Sam Dingle

Fans of Emmerdale questioned a bit of a 'mystery' on tonight's episode.

Faith and Sam Dingle had an emotional heart to heart about her life coming to an end soon. They talked about how Sam's wife, Alice gradually declined in health after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.

Sadly, his wife was so weak that she was unable to hold their son, Samson. Sam went on to help her end her life early, to prevent any further suffering, as he gave her an overdose of morphine.

It comes as Faith has asked Moira to help her when her health declines too much. But will the conversation with Sam make her have second thoughts?

While many fans were left wondering what Faith would do next, others were distracted by her hair accessory. Her scrunchie appeared to be floating in the middle of her head.

Taking to Twitter, one user said: "How the buggery is Faith’s scrunchie staying put?! #Emmerdale." Another user said: "Currently questioning my sanity over Faith’s scrunchie. #emmerdale."

Meanwhile, Linda said: "I have never seen a redundant scrunchy in use before. #Faith #Emmerdale."
