Manpreet's estranged sister Meena made an explosive entrance to Emmerdale last week, but viewers think they've sussed the true nature of the pair's relationship.
Meena arrived in the dales and got into a fight with Dawn, before reuniting with her sister.
Her arrival was a huge shock with Manpreet's husband left stunned as even he didn't know she had a sister.
Tonight Meena chatted to Manpreet after she found out where she lived.
Meena told her that she still had the "heart shaped pebble from Whitby" that Manpreet had given her when she was a child.
The pair had a sweet conversation reminiscing, until Meena revealed that the police had taken Dawn into custody, after she called them.
Manpreet said: "You just swan in and wreck people's lives, you never think about other people do you, take the hint Meena no one wants you here."
But Emmerdale fans thought there was something more between the pair and that in fact they could be mother and daughter.
Jodie said: "Meena has to be Manpreet's daughter."
