Emmerdale fans revealed their fear for a well-loved character after spotting worrying signs.
Vanessa recently had her first chemotherapy appointment this week, after being diagnosed with stage three cancer.
The former vet has struggled to come to terms with her illness, questioning why after facing so much hardship, she should have to now face this.
Tonight, viewers saw Vanessa go off the rails as she got drunk in a pub and lashed out at members of the public.
And it only got worse, as someone filmed the whole affair and released it on social media, leaving partner Charity and sister Tracy concerned.
But they weren't the only ones worried about Vanessa's health and deterioration.
Viewers took to Twitter, airing their concerns.
Andy said: "Is Vanessa meant to be drinking?"
Grianne wrote: "'One little drink ain't gonna hurt me.' Actually Vanessa it might especially given she literally had chemo less than 24 hours ago?
"Is being angry at Charity and trying to prove she's NOT 'past it' really worth jeopardising her health right now? "
Kazza tweeted: "Slow down Vanessa!"
Vamp said: "I feel a collapse coming on if you’re not careful Vanessa."
