Emmerdale fans have begged producers to address a hidden wad of cash - from a storyline that aired eight years ago.
Iconic Emmerdale character Zak Dingle suffered a breakdown back in 2012 which saw him head out to the moors and wander round, rambling incoherently.
He then buried a wad of cash out there.
Zak was supported by Cain and the rest of the Dingle clan, but the hidden stash of money was never referenced again.
When the official Emmerdale Instagram account shared a photo from the moment, with Zak laying in Cain's arms, all fans could talk about was the money and where it might be.
Fans have begged for producers to acknowledge the secret stash, with many saying they still wonder to this day about what happened to the money.
On Instagram, one fan said: "Wonder if that money he hid is still there".
Fan Helen replied, commenting: "My very same thought. Is anyone ever going to find his wad of cash be buried there?"
A third fan said: "my hubby’s always saying this".
Jo said: "Did they ever find the money? Can't remember now."
Suzy said: "No one ever went back for the hidden money".
Another fan added: "Good call [emoji] wonder if the money's still there? Or will it ever be found [emoji] how I don't know mind you but miracles do happen".
Jane speculated: "Charity probably found it and says she won it on the bingo".
