ITV Dancing On Ice under fire as 'glitch' leaves fans pleading 'sort it out'

Dancing On Ice came under fire tonight after viewers criticised a "problem" in tonight's episode.

Phillip Schofield returned after his battle with coronavirus to host Sunday's edition of the popular ITV programme alongside Holly Willoughby.

The two presenters introduced a range of thrilling routines in celebration of the contestant's favourite things in life.

Performances on tonight's show were inspired by a variety of subjects that ranged from rollercoasters to reptiles to George Michael.

Liberty Poole was in the skate off and was competing against Olympic BMX star Kye Whyte.

The Love Island star was voted off after head judge made the decisive decision to send her home.

However, viewers following the show on Twitter were distracted during the episode as they complained they were experiencing sound issues.

Matty said: "This is unbelievably amateur sort the sound out"

Nicola added: "The sound/skipping or whatever it is has ruined the show tonight !"

@Rob44r commented : "Sort the sound out"

One user said: "Glad people are mentioning sound problems....thought my tv wasn't so smart after all."

Chris posted: "what is going on with the sound tonight. It keeps dropping in and out."

Fee tweeted: "Are @dancingonice #DancingOnIce having slight sound issues tonight? I've watched on two different TVs and there seems to be slight pauses"

Dancing On Ice airs Sundays at 6pm on ITV and ITV Hub
