ITV Dancing on Ice fans complain over 'unfair' rules minutes into show

Some Dancing on Ice fans were unimpressed just minutes into tonight's show.

The ITV ice skating show showcased the remaining six celebrities and their professional partners as they took to the ice once more. This week's challenge was props week.

Nile Wilson, Joey Essex, Carley Stenson, Mollie Gallagher, The Vivienne, and Siva Kaneswaran were all left in the competition as they each took on the task of incorporating a selected prop into their dances. As the show's hosts Philip Schofield and Holly Willoughby welcomed the contestants to the ice, the celebs skated across the rink showing off the props they will be using during their routine.

Mollie's prop was a trolley while Joey Essex had a surfboard and Nile pushed a double bed across the ice. Meanwhile, The Vivienne's prop was a flag, Siva had a rowing oar and Carley held a feather boa.

That was when fans bashed the challenge as "unfair" with them claiming that some props would be easier to use than others. They were confused over how a feather boa could be compared to the likes of a double bed or a trolley, which could prove hard to control on the ice.

On Twitter, Hannah said: "A double bed… A surfboard… An airport trolley… And a feather boa - not really the same kind of prop!! Seems unfair! #DancingOnIce."

Zoe said: "I’m sorry but a feather boa compared to a double bed? what on earth? #DancingOnIce." Emma said: "They have a full double bed and Carly gets a feather boa? Seems unfair #dancingonice."
