Coronation Street viewers recognise one of the new cast members from another popular soap.
The Bailey family have just moved to Weatherfield , including the dad Edison, played by Trevor Michael Georges, the older son Michael, played by Ryan Russell, and the younger son, James, played by Nathan Graham.
But it is mum Aggie that caught the attention of fans.
She is played by actress Lorna Laidlaw, who used to play Mrs Tembe in BBC drama Doctors.
Fans of both shows took to Twitter once they realised the who she was.
One said: "Mrs Tembe off Doctors is the wife in the new family."
Another said: "Never thought I'd see Mrs Tembe and Ken sharing cake."
A third added: "Mrs Tembe couldn’t pass up the chance of appearing in Corrie. No wonder she left Doctors, as much as I love it, it is a big step up."
The new family who live right next door to Corrie's longest serving character - Ken Barlow - are the first black family to live on the cobbles.
Trevor Michael Georges also worked on Doctors and Holby City before landing his role in the Bailey family.
Nathan Graham who plays 19-year-old footballer James is actually 28 and is lined up to have a LGBTQ+ storyline.
