Coronation Street viewers were left confused as a new character was seen on the Cobbles working in the kebab shop.
In tonight's episode, Cathy and Bernie buried the hatchet as Bernie agreed to knuckle down.
But after a couple hours work, Bernie pulled out cans of cider offering them to Cathy.
Fans thought their colleague Chesney may walk in, but instead they were joined by a new face - "Matt".
Cathy and Bernie left Matt to his own devises as they sloped off to the Rovers.
However, viewers were concerned that Matt may have taken Chesney's job, as he failed to appear on tonight's instalment.
Dave tweeted: "Who is kebab man? Why is this his first appearance? Where is Chesney? I have so many questions."
Paul said: "Who the heck is that Matt?"
Another user wrote: "We need Kebab Man’s backstory."
And Phil joked: "Some random bloke has come into the kebab shop to work a shift, like we all know who he is."
