Coronation Street viewers were baffled during tonight's episode as they questioned the wherabouts of some missing characters.
Wednesday's edition of the ITV soap continued to explore the financial woes of Chesney Brown.
The character played by Sam Aston has been unable to afford to pay for his son Joseph to get a new school jumper, which has resulted in him being targeted by bullies.

Chesney quizzed his son about the bullying in the first part of tonight's double header and offered to speak to his teacher about the issue.
Joseph assured his dad that it will only make matters worse, but Chesney didn't listen to his son and consulted the teacher anyway.
The character, played by William Flanagan, was furious with his dad when he found out he had reported what was going on and proceeded to run away from home.
However, fans of the show on Twitter were distracted throughout the scenes as they questioned the whereabouts of Chesney's quadruplets.
His partner Gemma Winter gave birth to four children on the soap in 2019 and viewers were in hysterics over how the babies are rarely shown on screen.
Doreen said: "Has Gemma gagged all the quads? Not a sound can be heard"
Chris added: "Where on earth are those silent quads in that house???"
Dion tweeted : "I still don’t understand why they did a quads storyline"
Sam commented : "I’m beginning to think these quads don’t exist!"
Jemma posted: "You never see the Quads."
Mick questioned: "Do the “quads” actually exist?"
Dayjur said: "Whoever came up with the idea of Gemma having quads didn't really think it through"
