Tonight's episode saw Adam Barlow sniffing around in a bid to get more information on Gary's dodgy dealings.
Adam chatted to Kelly's mum as she picked her up to bring her home from Coronation Street in tonight's episode.
Adam removed his wedding ring as he went to chat to her to try and build a relationship to get some dirt on Gary.
But Gary's henchwoman Sharon spotted him and told Gary later that she'd seen "Fred Elliott" again and knew he was suspect.
Sharon said she'd previously seen Adam and he'd told her he was a teacher at Kelly's school.
Gary said: "Fred Elliott? you mean Adam Barlow"
Fred Elliott was a butcher on Coronation Street who appeared on the soap for many years.
And viewers loved hearing his shout-out on tonight's episode.

Also in tonight's episode Yasmeen pleaded not guilty to her attempted murder charge much to the delight of soap fans.
Sally also grew suspcious of Geoff and asked Tim to ask him to leave.
