ITV Coronation Street viewers were stunned tonight when Alya was left waving a broken wine bottle in Geoff's face.
In scenes reminiscent of Yasmeen's attack on her abusive husband following months of mental torture, Alya cracked this evening after Geoff's latest tricks.
Tonight's visit to the famous cobbles saw Alya become furious when she discovered an alcohol delivery on the doorstep of Speed Daal.
Later, master manipulator Geoff agreed with her that their business wasn't working because of their constant clashing but Alya refused to let Geoff buy her out of the business.
Geoff turned to his old tricks and warned her she would see how dangerous he could be "when pushed".
The scheming emotional abuser resorted to sabotage, messaging Alya's staff to tell them not to come in, leaving her stressed and struggling to cope.
After exploding at customers and telling them all to leave, Geoff and Tim rushed in to the restaurant to see what was going on.
Geoff compared Alya to her Gran and said: "The apple doesn't fall far from the tree with this one."
Alya asked Geoff what he said, but Geoff shrugged and said nothing.
Getting increasingly irate, Alya, while holding a broken wine bottle, turned to Geoff and said: "I asked you a question. What did you say?"
The episode ended with Geoff looking at the broken bottle, stunned.
