Coronation Street viewers were left horrified tonight during Oliver's birthday celebrations.
Tonight saw the Platts gather at home for Oliver's birthday party.
The party was in full swing, with little Oliver eventually falling asleep, after it all got too much.
But when he woke up again his parents Steve and Leanne held out an incredible Hulk cake for him to blow his candles out.
Oliver went to blow the candles out but ended up coughing all over it.
And it didn't take fans long to comment on the unhygienic action.
Kelsey Moran said: "Did the kid on #corrie just cough all over the cake?"
Teena Massam said: "Germs all over the cake (sick emoji)"
Lucky Penny said: "Did anyone else think Oliver was about to be sick all over that birthday cake."
And Karen M Renton said: "A child with a cough blowing all over a cake."
Tonight's episode also saw Gemma and Chesney heartbroken, as baby Aled was confirmed to be deaf, following an exam at the hospital.
