ITV Coronation Street fans predict failure for Abi after spotting worrying sign

Coronation Street fans were concerned for Abi after she faced off against the villainous Ray last night.

Ray's sinister behaviour has grown more prevalent - particularly after he took advantage of Faye Windass, leading her to attack Adam Barlow in a case of mistaken identity.

Faye confessed to the crime with her brother Gary currently locked up after taking the fall for her.

In last night's visit to the cobbles, Abi made her intentions to take Ray down very clear - with the evil property developer's response as yet unknown.

The official Coronation Street Instagram page shared a photo of Abi after the tense showdown and penned: "We don't usually condone blackmail but on this occasion we'll let it slide...

"Ray has one hour (well until Friday at 7.30pm!) What will he do!?"

But fans were concerned it could lead to trouble for Abi, with some fans suggesting Ray may harm the sassy mechanic.

Leanne said: "She should [have] just dobbed him in not pay him a visit and let him know she's got one up on him. Won't end well."

Nicola said: "I hope she should show the police regardless."

Another fan said: "Abby needs to send the evidence on her phone to someone else."

Isabel commented: "Watch your back, Abi!"

Mons shared a sad face emoji and said: "Oh why didn’t you keep it close to your chest Abi....I feel something brewing."

Another fan said: "Hope she’s got a copy of it and shows police anyway."
