Coronation Street fans were left heartbroken tonight as she discovered her cancer had returned and was now terminal.
Sinead was called back into the hospital, after finding a lump yesterday on her wedding day.
Her and Daniel were planning to go on their mini-moon to the Lakes, but the hospital called and said she had to see the consultant urgently.
The couple went to the doctor's office and he told her the cancer was very aggressive and had spread to her lymph nodes and liver and was untreatable.
The doctor said they would try and stabilise the cancer, but that Sinead was looking at a life expectancy of just three to four months.
Sinead and Daniel broke down, with Sinead worrying she wouldn't see Bertie's first Christmas.
And fans were left sobbing at the scenes.

Sinead and Daniel returned to the street and told their family the terrible news - leaving Ken and Beth particularly devastated.
