ITV bosses have offered to pay for therapy for Caroline Flack after she was forced to quit Love Island this week, it's claimed.
The TV presenter, 40, stepped down after being charged with assault last Friday following an altercation with her boyfriend Lewis Burton, 27.
And it's now claimed that Caroline has been offered support from the channel amid concerns for her welfare - something she reportedly turned down.
A source told The Sun: "Producers know they have a duty of care to Caroline. They already make sure Love Island contestants are offered counselling and therapy if they need it and Caroline has been offered the same.
"She had felt let down by them after being forced to walk away from the show."
Mirror Online has contacted reps for Caroline and ITV for comment.
It comes after ITV pulled the Winter Love Island advert featuring Caroline and replaced it with the original.

ITV had released a glossy trailer for the new series, beginning on January 12 and set in Cape Town, which features Caroline.
However fans recently noticed that it is no longer being aired and that ITV are airing the original promo instead, showing an aeroplane reflected in some aviator shades with the tagline reading: "Do one winter."
Caroline confirmed that she was standing down from hosting the series on Tuesday, writing on Instagram : "There have been a significant number of media reports and allegations in regard to my personal life.

"While matters were not as have been reported I am committed to co-operating with the appropriate authorities and I can't comment further on these matters until the legal process is over.
"However Love Island has been my world for the last five years, it's the best show on telly. In order not to detract attention from the upcoming series I feel the best thing I can do is stand down from Series 6.
"I want to wish the incredible team working on the show a fantastic series in Cape Town."
