The Italians will be looking to finish on a high after a 9-47 loss to New Zealand and going down 16-37 to Argentina.
Uruguay have only played one test match this autumn, losing to Romania 29-14. However they did play an Italy ‘A’ team last week, losing 31-13.

Italy head coach Kieran Crowley has made seven changes to his side that lost to Argentina last time out.
Pierre Bruno will make his debut on the wing, joined by Monty Ioane and Edoardo Padovani in the back-three. While Callum Braley comes in at scrum half for Stephen Varney, who drops out of the squad entirely.
Up front, Braam Steyn comes in at number eight, there’s a whole new second row partnership in Maro Fuser and Federico Ruzza. While in the front row, Luca Bigi comes in at hooker and Danilo Fischetti returns at loosehead.
Urugay have made three changes to the side that lost to Romania, Nicolas Freitas returns in the centre, Manuel Leindekar comes into the second row and German Kessler comes in at hooker.
