Italy’s Leonardo Bonucci savagely yelled ‘It’s coming to Rome!’ after Euro win and fans loved it

England and Italy played a phenomenal Euro 2020 championship match Sunday at Wembley Statdium in London, one that wasn’t decided until penalty kicks where Italy prevailed thanks to three great saves by their goalie, Gianluigi Donnarumma.

England and its fans have spent the past few weeks singing and repeating their rallying cry, “It’s coming home,” which is based off an old song about football coming home to the country where it was born.

The huge crowd at Wembley hoped that they’d witness history on Sunday and that football would come home but that didn’t happen and it must be heartbreaking for them and the players, who fell just short.

But Italy was sure happy to get the win and become champions. Leonardo Bonucci, whose second-half goal evened the game at 1-1, had fun yelling into the camera “It’s coming to Rome!” after the win was secured.

Ouch!

That’s too funny. Unless you’re an England supporter. Then that probably hurts a lot.
