Liverpool host Manchester City this afternoon in what is one of the most highly anticipated games of the season.
The Reds are in fine goalscoring form after beating Porto 5-1 midweek in the Champions League, while Pep Guardiola's side will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.
Liverpool were beaten 4-1 in this fixture back in February, but with a full Anfield behind them, they'll be hopeful of avoiding a similar result this time around.

Former Manchester United star Gary Neville has outlined what Liverpool need to do to beat Pep Guardiola's side this afternoon and has made his prediction.
"They have to have a right go at City the only way I’ve seen them beat City in the past is when they’ve got right in about them pressed them high, go for it, they’ll do that for 25-30 minutes," he told Sky Sports.
"City will know that’s coming, Pep Guardiola will try play through the lines they’ll try take the steam out of the game. Look, it’s been the best game for about three or four years some of the quality in this match has been unbelievable and I can’t wait today.
"The intensity of Liverpool, this crowd, Anfield, can City play their passing game here? We’ve seen in the past they’ve been disturbed and disrupted when they play out from the back.
"You still look at City in certain games, they played an absolutely brilliant game City against Paris Saint Germain in the Champions League and end up not scoring a goal, not winning, is that going to be the problem this season?
"I think the crowd will be too much today, Liverpool will be too much, they didn’t do themselves justice I didn’t think against Chelsea a month or so ago, this will be a game they really want to put a marker down."
Liverpool have won just one out of their previous five Premier League meetings with Manchester City, their last victory came back in November 2019 as they beat Guardiola's side 3-1 at Anfield in their title winning season.
City have, however, won three of the last five meetings and just one ended in a 1-1 draw, when they faced each other at the Etihad last season.
