'It will be fine' - Kamil Grosicki gets Nottingham Forest fans talking with cryptic tweet

Kamil Grosicki has posted a cryptic message on social media, as Nottingham Forest wait to discover if a season-long loan deal has gone through.

The Reds believe the relevant paperwork was correctly submitted shortly before the 5pm transfer deadline on Friday, to clinch the signature of the West Bromwich Albion winger.

They are yet to receive official confirmation either way, although a decision could potentially be made clear today.

And amid the uncertainty, Grosicki has got Forest fans talking with a tweet he wrote over the weekend.

Alongside a picture of himself giving a thumbs up, he wrote: “It will be fine.” A thumbs up and a winking face emoji were also included.

The 32-year-old would become summer signing number 15 for the Reds, after Anthony Knockaert joined on loan from Fulham on Friday.

Grosicki only arrived at The Hawthorns in the January transfer window, when he signed on an 18-month contract from Hull City for a nominal fee ahead of the expiry of his deal at the KCOM Stadium.

He is out of favour at the Premier League side and fits the bill for Forest. Grosicki is a long-term target of the club, going back to Martin O'Neill's time in charge.

A move for the Poland international was believed to be close before the last deadline day, in January.
