The owner of a Bristol butcher's shop has spoken out after being targeted by "mindless" vandalism.
Two bricks were thrown at the window of Sandy Park Butchers in Brislington late on Saturday night (March 6) and yobs sprayed graffiti on the shopfront.
The shop has remained open following the incident but the windows are boarded up, and its owners could be looking at a hefty fee to have them replaced.
"It's a real inconvenience when something like this happens, especially after what has been a challenging year," said shop owner Steve Cooper.
"Of course it's upsetting too when you know there are people in the community who would want to do something so mindless.
"We've been at this site for eight years and operated across Bristol in total for 25 years, and this is the first time anything like this has happened to us."

Steve said there has been a greater police presence in the area following the incident.
Avon and Somerset Police are now appealing for information.
"We’re investigating after damage was caused to a shop in Sandy Park Road, Brislington, at the weekend," said a spokesperson for the force.
"Two bricks were thrown through a window and graffiti sprayed onto the front during the incident, which happened overnight on Saturday, March 6 or Sunday, March 7.
"We’re reviewing CCTV from around the area and the neighbourhood team will be dropping in letters to surrounding homes and businesses to appeal for information."
