Jack Harrison has praised the support received from Leeds United fans after the 2-0 win over Wigan Athletic.
The winger put in a lively performance at DW Stadium, earning rapturous applause from the travelling faithful.
Patrick Bamford will steal the headlines for his two-goal showing, but it was a strong display from front-to-back as the Whites demonstrated almost total domination against then 10-man Latics.
Harrison also mentioned how it can be difficult to receive criticism from fans, something that was shown in stark detail with players' reactions to social media posts in the new Take Us Home documentary.
"It was brilliant support tonight, I heard them throughout the game," he said, speaking after the game.
"It’s amazing when you have that support behind you. It can always be tough when you know the fans are sometimes against you, but I understand it’s a massive club and you see how much it means to them.
"I want to be at my best and play to my potential to make them happy as well. I knew it was going to be important to be prepared for that and be ready to make a difference not only within the team but to make the fans happy as well."
