'It's not enough' - Allan Saint Maximin demands more from Newcastle

Allan Saint-Maximin says that Newcastle United players are "really disappointed" after losing 3-1 to Manchester United.

The Magpies threatened to take something from Old Trafford but collapsed in the final 33 minutes.

Saint-Maximin lashed home an equaliser but Newcastle failed to build on it.

The winger said: "It's really disappointing because we were in the game in the first half.

"They scored quickly in the second half and the penalty was unlucky but that's football."

Speaking about his own performance, Saint-Maximin added: "I have just come back a few weeks ago and I want to give more assists and goals.

"It's good I scored but it's not enough and I need to keep going."

Now Saint-Maximin hopes that Newcastle can take the positives from their defeat at Man United.

He said: "We played against one of the best teams in the league, we know how difficult it is.

"We have the quality to win a game, you can see that against Everton, who beat Liverpool. It's a crazy league."
