Continuing the theme of Tottenham Hotspur players impressing on international duty is Christian Eriksen.
Since the Lilywhites drew 1-1 with Sheffield United last weekend, it's been nothing by great news for Mauricio Pochettino ahead of the London derby against West Ham United.
It all began on Thursday.
Youngster Troy Parrott claimed an assist on his senior debut for the Republic of Ireland, whilst on the same night Harry Kane netted a first-half hat-trick as England cruised to victory over Montenegro at Wembley Stadium.
In the same game Harry Winks impressed in central midfield.
Furthermore, Tanguy Ndombele shook of an injury scare to take his place on the bench for France's 2-1 win over Moldova.
Then Juan Foyth helped Argentina record a 1-0 win over Brazil which saw Giovani Lo Celso come through 59 minutes unscathed.
The good news continued a few hours later.
Eriksen put his struggles at club level to one side and netted twice in Denmark's comfortable win over Gibraltar which sets up a huge game against Parrott's Ireland next week.
Eriksen's brace prompted a strong reaction from Spurs fans on social media.
