It looks like Mike Vrabel facetimed Tom Brady, Julian Edelman at the UNC game

Tennessee Titans coach Mike Vrabel gave Tom Brady a ring while he was hanging with Julian Edelman at a college basketball game on Saturday night.

Brady is a pending free agent, and can sign with any NFL team on March 16. Though the Titans seem interested in retaining quarterback Ryan Tannehill, he and Marcus Mariota are on expiring contracts with Tennessee. Vrabel has grown uncomfortable when asked about his connection to Brady and how their friendship might influence a potential pursuit of the quarterback in free agency. Technically, Vrabel can’t speak on the topic due to the NFL’s tampering rules. But apparently, they’re in contact.

In a Twitter post directed to Barstool founder Dave Portnoy, Vrabel seemed to call in to chat with the Patriots duo on Saturday night at the UNC-Syracuse game.

Edelman has gone all out in an attempt to keep Brady in New England. Edelman is selling “Stay Tom 2020” T-shirts, and he gently nudged Brady during the college basketball game this weekend by saying “he’s coming back” on the TV broadcast. Brady didn’t seem happy afterward.

It seems #BradyWatch will never end.
