An IT services firm which has grown from one client to offer solutions to some of the UK's biggest retailers is celebrating a landmark anniversary.
Retail Assist, which has also increased from a handful of staff to 250 across the UK, has marked 20 years since it was founded in Bingham, Nottingham.
Now based in Nottingham city centre, the firm has welcomed 18 new clients since investment in 2017 and now provides IT services to groups including ASOS, Pizza Hut, Paper Chase, Ted Baker and Vue Cinemas.
CEO Dan Smith said: "We come from many backgrounds, have many different skills and levels of experience, but we all know that when we step into the work environment of Retail Assist, we are working with colleagues who will go out of their way to help us to be successful in delivering great services and solutions to our clients.
"Reaching this milestone is testament to our team’s commitment and drive and I look forward to what the following decades will bring."
The company now offers services and software solutions to a total of 49 brands and more than half of its employees are multi-lingual, which has supported clients to expand internationally.
Retail Assist has also expanded itself in recent years with several recruitment drives for new staff members in Nottingham.
