A new drama starts on Monday night which is centred on something we can all relate to at the moment - life in lockdown.
The aptly named Isolation Stories, which features an all star cast including Cilla star Sheridan Smith, Shameless' very own Frank Gallagher, actor David Threlfall and ex-Coronation Street actress Angela Griffin, debuts at 9pm, ahead of gripping drama Innocent and is very different to other shows on TV at the minute, given it was filmed entirely in lockdown, as its actors, just like the rest of us are asked to stay indoors wherever possible in line with Government rules.
The series runs until Thursday, May 7 and revealing more an ITV teaser reads: "Assembled in conditions the production company has never faced before and written and directed by an award-winning team, the series will air during the UK’s lockdown period and feature moments that are funny, sad, heartwarming and poignant. ITV Studios will be making a donation to NHS charities as a consequence of recording the dramas.
