Isle of Harris Gin are set to open a gift shop in Glasgow as plans their plans for a new gin bar in the city are delayed as a result of hospitality restrictions.
The company have had to postpone the original opening date for the gin bar three times due to coronavirus restrictions, and due to this, Isle of Harris Distillers have decided to pull the plug on all scheduled events in the bar for the time being.
However, it's not all bad news as the the upstairs of Merchant City's Café Gandolfi -where the bar was to be located - will instead open up as an Isle of Harris Gin Giftshop.
The giftshop will be open from 11am to 5pm from Wednesday to Friday so gin fanatics can get their hands on Christmas presents and gin supplies fresh from the Isle of Harris.
The store can be accessed via the Gandolfi Café which is situated on the first floor.
