Is West Ham vs Liverpool on TV? Live stream details and team news for the Premier League clash

Liverpool are out to take another step closer to the Premier League title tonight when they head to London to take on West Ham.

Already 16 points clear of nearest rivals Manchester City, this midweek meeting marks the club’s game in hand – owing to their participation and success in the FIFA Club World Cup.

West Ham are the only side yet to face Liverpool this season, with Jurgen Klopp’s runaway leaders beating all 18 other clubs in the top flight.

A staggering run of 22 victories and one draw from their 23 fixtures means they are within touching distance of winning their first league title since 1990.

Indeed, another win tonight would see Liverpool go 19 points clear – with a further 42 to play for from this point on.

When is the game?

It takes place at the London Stadium tonight at 7.45pm.

As mentioned above, the sides have yet to meet this season, with Liverpool winning 4-0 at home and drawing 1-1 away in two fixtures during the 2018/2019 campaign.

How can I watch it?

Unfortunately, the match will not be broadcast live, due to Manchester City taking on Manchester United in the second-leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final at the same time.

Instead, you can follow live updates with the Liverpool Echo team.

Team news

Sadio Mane, Xherdan Shaqiri and James Milner have been ruled out for the leaders, but there could be better news on the injury front regarding Naby Keita.

He returned to the bench during the FA Cup draw at Shrewsbury, while January transfer window signing Takumi Minamino is in line for his first Premier League start.

Divock Origi and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain are other candidates to feature as Klopp prepares to recall his star-studded first choice line-up.

As for the Hammers, goalkeepers Lukasz Fabianski (thigh) was set to be monitored after stepping his recovery.

Match odds

Unsurprisingly, Liverpool are seen as overwhelming favourites to record their 23rd victory of the Premier League season.
