We reckon this could very well be the ultimate festive job.
The Scottish Deer Centre in Fife is recruiting two elves to give Santa a helping hand in his grotto this Christmas-time – because he can't do it all alone, obviously.
Unlike Buddy from the famous Will Ferrell movie you'll not be required to wear your uniform at all times, but you will need to enjoy entertaining, engaging with children and working in an outdoors environment.
The job will start on 23 November and will require weekend working throughout December and during the Christmas week – from 20 to 24 December. The hours will be 9.30am to 4.30pm each day.
Those at the Scottish Deer Centre, which is in Cupar, posted news of the vacancies on social media and they want any potential elves to send them a covering letter explaining why they are perfect for the role, along with CV. This can be sent to info@tsdc.co.uk.
The deer centre is home to 13 species of the amazing creature along with other animals which are long-lost from the Scottish countryisde, such as wolves, lynx and Scottish wildcat. They do daily feeding talks, tours and falconry shows. For more information visit their website.
