There are hundreds of polling stations up and down the country - but one station in particular is being branded as the worst in the UK.
While the majority are located in schools, community centres and picturesque churches, some of the electorate just have to make do with what their council provides.
As Brits head to the polls today in the General Election to cast their vote, a polling station in a Huddersfield constituency couldn't help but stand out from the crowd.
It's caught the attention of voters across the UK and has been widely shared online due to its unique size and structure.
The polling station located on a grassy corner in the Lascelles Hall area is a temporary and very small Portacabin, with foundations built into the ground to create a level surface.
But that's not all.
It comes complete with a leaning portaloo, which has drawn even more attention from members of the public.
The structure has led social media users to make crude comments about voters making their mark in the portaloo, instead of on their ballot paper.
Anyone thinking of nipping in to relive themselves after voting should first consider whether they have the required upper body strength to get back out again.
