Scots go wild over cheese - whether it's sprinkled over chips, melted on pizza or in a macaroni pie.
And one Glasgow cafe has taken it a step further by making the cheesiest sandwich the country has ever seen.
The masterminds behind Tophskis, in Cathcart, have created a buffalo grilled cheese sandwich oozing with incredible melted ingredients that will get your taste buds tingling.
The Scots eatery has gathered quite a following on Instagram, with foodies going crazy over their delicious new concontions.
Their latest mouthwatering new dish features chicken bites smothered in buffalo hot sauce, melted cheese and crispy bacon, Glasgow Live reports.
The delightful creation is also layered with blue cheese, spring onions and extra hot sauce to lock in those incredible flavours.
The delicious sandwich is served with chips lathered in melted cheese fondue and topped with more buffalo chicken bites and freshly-made mac and cheese.
The sandwich is the latest delight on the cafe's experimental menu.
Taking to Instagram to show off the item, the bar said: "There's only one rule in this f***ing jungle! When the lion's hungry, he eats!
"Our new special our buffalo grilled cheese sandwich.
"Outstanding effort from the team once again."
The Glasgow bar is known for weird and wonderful food creations.
During lockdown, it has been serving up wild boar hot dogs topped mac and cheese alongside salt and chilli mozzarella burgers.
