Is The Queen a Millwall fan?! Cardboard cut-out of monarch in shirt spotted at The Den

With football fans unable to attend matches in the UK due to the coronavirus pandemic, teams have had to get creative as to how they fill their empty stadiums.

Some clubs have opted to place giant banners around their grounds to cover the cavernous empty spaces, while others have taken to placing cardboard cut-outs of supporters in their seats.

Naturally, there have been some famous faces spotted in stands across the world - and not all of them should have necessarily been granted entry - but Millwall were blessed by royalty on Tuesday.

With the Lions preparing for their Championship clash against Swansea, a cardboard cut-out of the Queen - wearing a Millwall shirt, of course - was spotted in the stands at The Den ahead of kick-off.

There was little chance of a royal wave given that the cardboard monarch has no arms, but if Millwall needed any extra motivation to pick up three points... well, there they had it.
