The servers, as a result of the maintenance, have been taken down, and the game is inaccessible to all. This has caused a major problem, as you’ll need to connect to the servers to begin your adventure.

The servers of TBH: Task Bar Hero usually go offline when there’s maintenance. Today’s maintenance on June 20 began approximately at 4am PT/6am CT/7am ET/11am UTC/12am BST. While a routine maintenance wasn’t planned, the main cause appears to be a server security issue, which is getting fixed as of writing.
For now, there’s not much to do apart from waiting for the servers to be restored. You can stay on top of that by following the social media handles of TBH: Task Bar Hero. The Japanese X handle has already posted an update about when the maintenance went live, and they will update once more after the servers are back online.

You can also keep checking the game manually. If you try to start TBH: Task Bar Hero right now, you’ll end up with an error, and the game will exit automatically. The error message is there only because the servers are offline.
Despite gaining over 500,000 concurrent players on Steam, TBH: Task Bar Hero continues to have issues regarding market items and cheaters. Hopefully, the latest maintenance will reduce the problems caused by them.
