The Republic of Ireland know a win over Switzerland will seal their place at the Euro 2020 finals next summer.
But it will be a tough ask for Mick McCarthy's side who were held to a 0-0 draw by Georgia in Tbilisi on Saturday to leave them needing a win against either the Swiss or versus Denmark at the Aviva.
David McGoldrick has lost his fitness race for the match with the door open for 19-year-old Aaron Connolly to make his first start for the Boys in Green.
