Is shop worker abuse getting worse? Tell us in our ECHO survey

Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, shops and supermarkets have been at the front line of the many changes we have endured.

From the early days of panic buying to people wearing masks now, going to the shops is massively different to how it was before.

But alongside those changes, shop workers have been bearing the brunt of people's frustrations too.

We have covered several stories of shop workers being abused or even attacked. Some shop workers must now wear body cameras, while a group of people are also refusing to wear a mask even though it is emphasised in Government guidance.

Is it getting worse? Do they face an impossible job? And has your opinion of shop workers changed over the past few months?

Take part in our survey below and let us know. If it fails to load, click here.
