Is Seahawks' Phillip Dorsett the fastest receiver in the Pete Carroll era?

SEATTLE _ Could the 2020 Seahawks have the fastest receiving corps of the Pete Carroll era? At the least, they have the fastest receiver since Carroll became coach in 2010 in free-agent addition Phillip Dorsett.
